what is the love fast?

This course is a transformative 4-month commitment to “fast on love.” You can still technically “date,” but we encourage participants to take a pause from dating. We will be committing to deep self-love and inner transformational work to heal attachment patterns.

The teachings and practices are informed by Tara and Gabrielle’s respective spiritual lineages, practices, and specific somatic and trauma-informed trainings in nervous system resilience in service to personal and collective healing, embodied wisdom, conscious dating and attachment healing.

We will be “detoxing” and healing from limerence, love and sex addiction, compulsion, obsession, and avoidant, anxious, or ambivalent attachment patterns created from survivalism, developmental and intergenerational trauma, and collective narratives about love.

We will be liberating patterns of intergenerational pain to embody deeper levels of aliveness & clarity.

This course is rooted in the concept of a “palace of time.” We will consciously pause old patterns to create a new paradigm and structure for our lives by releasing adaptive patterns that have kept us stuck in survivalism as it relates to dating and love.

For these 4 months, you will be held in a community that is designed to help you abstain, cleanse, and detox from external distractions and turn your focus deeply inward to set yourself up for a lifelong shift in dating and love.

In this sacred pause, you will be given tools to redefine the person you want to be. You will be resourced to re-enter the field of love, dating, and union with a reconditioned nervous system… By first tending to the most important relationship that you have: with yourself.
